Creating an international community

In order to properly prepare our students for the international community, we have built a network of partner schools on every continent, and it doesn't end there since new schools are added to our network regularly!

Globe Espérance

GLOBE ESPÉRANCE: FOR A UNIVERSAL DIALOGUE IN FRENCH
We have created a partnership centred around francophonie with our three French-speaking partner schools. The mission of this group, called Globe Espérance, is to expand the culture of the member institutions through French-language exchanges while strengthening local values in order to develop a universal dialogue.

AFRICA

Senegal: Cours Sainte Marie de Hann, Dakar

Cours Sainte Marie de Hann is the largest educational institution in West Africa. This school welcomes students from some 60 different nationalities and was the first to receive the UNESCO Prize for Peace Education.

EUROPE

Belgium: Institut Ste-Ursule, Forest

Institut Ste-Ursule is a private catholic establishment whose mission is to shape its students into successful and fulfilled citizens of the future. This institute also shares its spiritual and educational values through international projects.

France: Blanche de Castille, Le Chesnay

The Blanche de Castille school, part of the Académie de Versailles, is a catholic private school that advocates Christian values and openness to the world. It welcomes students from senior kindergarten to the classes littéraires préparatoires aux grandes écoles (hypokhâgne and khâgne) (literary and humanities preparatory classes for top post-secondary establishments).

Tanzania: MWEDO Girls Secondary School, Arusha

This school has been open since January 2011. To date, about 100 girls aged 12 and over are enrolled. Most of them live at the school from January to November.

Argentina: Academia Argüello, Cordoba

This school, founded in 1955, is located in the heart of Argentina and welcomes students at three academic levels: kindergarten, primary and secondary. In addition to learning Spanish, students also learn English and French. It houses several sports facilities, including hockey facilities... field hockey, that is!

United States: Chicago Academy for the Arts, Chicago (Illinois)

The Chicago Academy for the Arts offers professional arts training (dance, film, music, theatre, musical theatre, visual arts) accompanied by rigorous academic training. The school's mission is to help students grow through art while acquiring a solid stock of knowledge.

United States: Kent School, Kent (Connecticut)

Opened in 1906, this Connecticut school has 565 students from 30 different states and 41 different countries. Its exchanges with Sainte-Anne are culture- and language-based, and are aimed at helping students learn French, one of the six languages taught at the establishment.

Canada: St. Andrew's College, Aurora (Ontario)

St. Andrew's College is an all-boys school. It has 560 students from 31 different countries. The partnership established between St. Andrew's and Sainte-Anne's consists of language and cultural exchanges.

Canada: St. Michaels University School, Victoria (British Columbia)

Founded in 1906, this Victoria school serves approximately 1,000 students, from kindergarten to the end of high school. It has created an exchange partnership with Sainte-Anne to foster language learning as well as a better understanding of history and culture.

China: Hangzhou Foreign Languages School, Hangzhou (Zhejiang)

This school, founded in 1964, is proud to have developed an excellent English learning and training method. Located less than an hour outside of Shanghai, the school is at the centre of one of the most popular tourist cities in China.

China: High School Affiliated to Fudan University, Shanghai

This Shanghai high school provides schooling for young expatriates in China and is recognized as one of the best schools in the country. The partnership stimulates collaboration on many fronts, including language learning (English, French and Mandarin).

China: No. 2 Middle School Attached to Shandong Normal University, Jinan (Shandong)

Physical education and the arts are two of the fields in which this school specializes, but several other activities are at the core of student life. Its educational program encourages the development of independence in its students.

Japan: Morioka Chuo High School, Morioka

This school organizes several international activities and exchanges. In 1999, it distinguished itself by creating the Chuo International Education Forum and organizing conferences on basic issues attended by students from around the world.

Germany: Schule Schloss Salem, Salem

This high school is the largest boarding school in Germany and the only one to offer the international baccalaureate. Founded in 1920, it currently serves close to 700 students, both boys and girls. The education at Salem reflects values similar to those at the Collège: mutual respect, mutual aid, the quest for excellence and openness to differences.
